Franco Pianegonda is self-taught, describing himself as impatient and obsessed with changing the world of luxury and fashion. Franco carries "Designed in Italy" to a new level with jewellery that is powerful, unique and easily recognizable. In 2006, he received the prestigious title of 'Young Entrepreneur of Fashion' from the Chamber of Italian Fashion, for creating a new concept of luxury, combining design and fashion.
